Meet Thumper Junior

Meet Thumper Jr. Isn't he just the cutest -
Thumper Jr. almost met his maker tonight.

Thumper jumped out from the front of the lawn mower tonight as B was mowing the lawn. In his frantic state Thumper decided to hide out in our garage. He huddled up in a corner with his head down. Was he praying he couldn't be seen?

B grabbed an old towel and picked him up. Half way out of the garage Thumper decided to exercise his power to jump. Not wanting him to get hurt from the fall B hurried out the the grass and lowered his arms to shorten the fall.

My desire for blog pictures must be rubbing off on B because I was not home when these pictures were taken. B says it's not that I'm rubbing of on him rather the fact that I wasn't home and he finally had a chance at the camera.

As far as we know Thumper Jr is fine. He was last seen trying to blend into our rock garden.

B said needless to say it took longer to mow the rest of the lawn.

Too cute!

It would have taken me longer to mow after that, too!
I've only had a snake jump out at me when mowing -Yikes!- I'd much rather see a bunny. :)
