Today marks the first full week of "No Caffeine".
About 2 1/2 weeks ago I started cutting back and last Sunday I made the plunge.
No-this has not been with out temptation. It's not that I want the caffeine i
t's self but my biggest vice is diet coke and most places do not serve caffeine free diet coke.
I am just filled with good intentions that never get carried out. So here's my goal; I want to work towards a healthier life style - on vice at a time. I am not going on a diet because diets don't work, not for me.
Slow and steady wins the race. Today it's caffeine, after a couple of weeks I intend on giving up the soda all together. There is not one ingredient in that product that will enhance my health.
Goal for this week:
Have a great week.

Way to go, Sheryl!!!!! Cutting out the caffeine is a huge step! :)
I give you a lot of credit. I went down to 1/2 caff in my coffee a year ago, but I'm scared to go the rest of the way. Great job.
Praising GOD with you and praying for you!
Have a great week too Sheryl! Whenever I click on our blog a Twitter window comes up.
Correction: whenever I click on YOUR blog a Twitter window comes up. ????
Good luck to you, Sheryl. You are a stronger woman than me! I don't ever think I could accomplish something like this.
Keep up the good work!
