Silence

My favorite sound is silence. I so enjoy the physical silence and I soak it up when ever I can; but there is also another silence that I crave just as much.

A silence of the heart, of the soul, and of the mind.

This type of silence allows us to hear the precious words of Jesus; to hear His guidance for us, to feel and see is love, mercy, and grace.

During this silence, I find peace.

  4. I totally agree. I used to hate being still, being silent. Now I crave it. It's in the silence I hear His whispers. Sarah

  14. I think prayer is more about listening than talking. God has more useful things to say to us than we have to say to Him but we can only hear Him if we're silent.
